Can children use hydrogen inhalation machines?
Hydrogen inhalation is generally safe and there are no known evidence of harmful effects on children. In China, children use it to enhance their focus. Nevertheless, it is always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before use, especially for children or those with specific health conditions.
How do I maintain my hydrogen water bottle?
Regular cleaning with mild soap and water is recommended for the body of the bottle as you would with any water bottle. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to ensure the longevity of your bottle.
However, DO NOT wash the Base Unit or wet the outside of the Base Unit as it may wet the electronics. The electrolysis process itself already helps clean the electrodes and membrane.
If the drinking water used is not pure distilled water, it is normal that calcification occurs at the electrodes of the Base Unit. When this happens, simply fill the bottle with citrus acid and leave it overnight to descale it. Rinse the bottle clean of the citrus acide before use.
What is the lifespan of a hydrogen inhalation machine?
With proper care and maintenance, our hydrogen inhalation machines can last several years. Regular use ensures the Proton Exchange Membrane remains wet and occassional descaling can help extend their lifespan.
Are there any side effects of using hydrogen products?
Hydrogen products are generally safe with no known adverse side effects. However, if you experience any discomfort, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
How do I know if my hydrogen water bottle is working?
Most hydrogen water bottles have an indicator light or light display when hydrogen is being generated. Additionally, you can see small nano bubbles appearing in the water during the production process. When the production is completed, one quick way to test is the pressure built-up in the bottle. If high concentrations of hydrogen is genuinely produced eg 5000 - 9000 ppb, you should experience some mechanical resistance when opening the lid and hear a pop when it is opened; like the sound of opening a carbonated drink. Or if you are using the Indulge Premium, you can hear the release of pressure when you press the Pressure Relief Valve.
Our bottles so far are the only hydrogen water bottles to have been tested and certified by TUV SUD in Singapore, using Singapore's drinking water safety standards to ensure water processed by our product is safe for drinking. There are products that use poor quality material and may risk toxic elements being released into the water.
To determine the concentration of hydrogen in the water produced by the bottle, you may contact us and we can help test using the Blue Methylene tritration method.
As there are many fancy marketing and false claims in the market, do be careful when you buy bottles from other companies.
